The first two stages of the XXXI Rally Elba Storico were run on Thursday 19 September at night. Finland’s Pentti Veikkanen and Timo Jaakkola in the no 23 Porsche 911 SC tackled the 7.24km stage at Capolivieri Innamorata, which was the second of the two stages run on Thursday evening.
