Renault made us wait to get a proper look at its 2020 Formula 1 car, and when the RS20 finally rolled out of the garage for the start of testing at Barcelona it was sporting a big change to its front end. The team has joined the trend of designing a narrower nose - started by Mercedes - but it has pushed the concept to extreme lengths.
