Motorsports is all about teamwork, and understanding the job of your team-mates can be essential. In Shanghai, the #8 TS050 HYBRID drivers Sébastien Buemi, Kazuki Nakajima and Brendon Hartley underwent a special training programme and became part of TOYOTA GAZOO Racing's pit stop crew. We have seen Sébastien taking over the role as driver helper, and Kazuki and Brendon learning how to change a rear end. In part 3 of the ‘driver mechanic job swap’ we will witness how they perform in a full pit stop.
